1. Don't role play until the character and it's equipment is approved.
2. Don't god mod, this includes auto-dogding, hitting, and blocking (We know this is stated twice).
3. You may make ten characters. Only three may have kekkei genkai, two characters with sage mode, and one with Kekkei Tōta.
4. Ranking up is pretty much up to you until reach Anbu, and higher. However if a mod doesn't find your characters activity sufficient for the rank they are allowed to have the user change the rank.
5. Ranks start at Academy Student < Genin < Chunin < Special Jonin < Jonin <Anbu < S Rank = Sannin < Kage. Note, a special jonin is a high level chunin ninja with a special ability giving them a slight edge.
6. Please create custom justu, weapons, and pets/summonings before the character.
7. No more than three elements at a time, having three is only available to jonin and is considered rare. Kekkei genkai and kekkei tota do not count under this rule.

9. OOC (OUT OF CHARACTER) and IC (IN CHARACTER): When speaking out of character please use the ((OOC: message.)) format. Also understand that your character does not know everything you do. Keep their knowllage to what they've learned IC.
10. Although dying is ultimately up to the characters creator, be reasonable about damage. Sometimes it's in the stories best interest for a character to die for development reasons. Thread leaders or the person who made the thread can set up rule that anyone entering the thread must follow. This is an exception to the "no death" rule.
11. No canon characters, not even in history.
12. Character Requirements: As a minimum we would like to see six (6) lines in personality and appearance with a picture being extra not a replacement for the written word. Note that it's "six (6) LINES",and not six (6) sentences. The history should tell a story, and be no less than two (2) paragraphs with six (6) lines each for a total of twelve (12) lines.
